Ordering & payment

Orders are placed through our website and processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Kentucky sales tax (6%) is added at checkout for orders shipped to a Kentucky address. We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is free: orders ship within 24 hours on average and typically arrive in about 3 business days by ground.

Intended use: dogs only

The nautiDAWGS ladder is designed and rated exclusively for dogs weighing up to 100 lbs (45 kg). It is not designed for use by people, including children. Using the ladder outside its intended purpose voids the warranty and is at the user's own risk. Always supervise your dog around water.

Installation

Installation requires permanently mounting the supplied plate with three drilled holes into a flat, structurally sound surface. You are responsible for confirming your platform's integrity and for proper installation per the included instructions and install video. If you're unsure whether the ladder fits your boat, contact us before ordering. Answers from our online fit check and chat assistant are AI suggestions, not a guarantee of fit; a person reviews every fit check, and confirming fit before you drill is up to you.

Returns: 60 days

You may return the ladder within 60 days of the shipment date for a refund. You may have used it; it must come back undamaged and unscratched, with all of its original packaging and hardware. We provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. A ladder returned damaged, scratched, or missing packaging or hardware may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.

Warranty: 1 year limited

Nauti Dawgs LLC warrants to the original buyer that the ladder will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date it ships. If a covered defect shows up, we will repair or replace the ladder or refund what you paid for it, our choice. The warranty does not cover misuse, loads over 100 lbs, normal wear and tear, or corrosion from saltwater that isn't rinsed off.

To make a claim, call 502-919-4042 or email troy@nautidawgs.com with your order details and photos of the problem. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nauti Dawgs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Some states don't allow limits on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute about your purchase, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts for Jefferson County, Kentucky, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

Text message program

If you check the optional “Yes, nautiDAWGS may text me once about my order” box on the order form and enter your mobile number beside it, Nauti Dawgs LLC may send one marketing text message per order to that number after your ladder ships, asking how it worked out and for a Google review. Consent is not a condition of purchase. One message per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or call 502-919-4042.
